Cellulite Treatments

The Biggest Myth About Cellulite

The biggest myth about cellulite is that having it means you are overweight.  You can be at an ideal weight or even be underweight and still have cellulite.  It is a normal condition in women after puberty but is a warning sign of a health problem in men.  This is when the skin under your buttocks, upper thighs, and abdomen gets dimples, making your skin resemble flesh-colored cottage cheese.  It’s also called “orange peel skin”, “mattress syndrome” or “hail damage”.

Cellulite Treatments – Don’t Believe The Hype

Okay, everybody, repeat after me, “Cellulite is normal.  I do not have a cellulite problem.”  Now, if you are a man and have cellulite, then ignore the previous sentence and go directly to your doctor.  Cellulite in men is usually a sign of major problems with your reproductive organs.  But if you are a woman (and I have a feeling you are) and think that cellulite treatments are a must, smack yourself in the head.  Don’t fall for the cellulite treatment marketing hype.
